Postage and Returns
We use Startrack and Australia post to ship your purchases. We aim to process your orders the next day, but bear in mind our store is in Thredbo and shipping can take a little longer than normal.
You will recieve updates via email from both Startrack and Australia post when your goods have been collected and you will be able to track there progress.
Expect up to 5 business days by the time it leaves the mountains to show up at your door.
If you change your mind or choose the wrong size for any reason Gravity Pty Ltd will offer you an exchange or credit voucher provided that the following conditions are met:
- The item is returned within 14 days of purchase
- The item(s) is returned to us via registered post or courier.
- You provide a copy of the proof of purchase
- The item has not been worn or used in any way
- The item is in original condition equipped with all swing tags, labels and packaging
- The packaging has not been marked, stained or destroyed in any way
- If these requirements are not satisfied, Gravity Ski Pty Ltd reserves the right to NOT offer an exchange or credit voucher
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of the return is at your expense
- Full refunds including shipping costs will be available in the instance of major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law
